All minutes are in draft format until approved at the next council meeting.
PUBLIC SESSIONS
Questions and comments are invited from members of the public (limited to 15 minutes in total, each individual limited to 3 minutes, subject to change). As issues raised during the public session may not relate to items on the agenda, no resolution for action can be taken[1]. A record of public participation shall not be included in the Minutes.
Should there be numerous members of the public wishing to speak on a topic, then 2 people will be allowed to do so. It is advised that members of the public decide beforehand who will speak.
