Dog Fouling We appreciate that the majority of dog owners are responsible. The Parish Council have provided Dog bins for the residents of Evercreech/Stoney Stratton to ensure that our villages, open spaces and public footpaths are clean for ALL residents to enjoy. It has been noted by residents that the issue of dog fouling has increased recently, especially in the Millennium Garden (where there is actually a bin located).
